In the Winter of 2008, the seventh generation Louis Latour, Louis-Fabrice Latour, visited Jonathans and hosted a 'Wine Maker's Dinner'. Since joining the winery in 1989, Louis-Fabrice has introduced new management skills and ideas. He is a strong advocate of the family philosophy of integrating modern innovations with the best of established traditions. According to Louis-Fabrice, it is an unwritten rule in the family that each generation should leave something new for future generations. His unwavering commitment to quality will continue Burgundy's Maison Louis Latour's already well-established reputation.
